WHY BUY FROM SIM CONCIERGE?

Kiosks are available only at select JFK International Airport terminals for a hefty price.  We deliver to all terminals with more affordable options such as more data, international text/calls, international text/data roaming etc. 

Instead of having to waste 20-30 min on activating your sim, we have it activated before delivery so you are ready to go.

Our representatives will make sure your phone is up and running properly.  We have a guarantee that if the sim card does not work with your device we will refund your purchase. 

 

DO YOU SERVICE AIRPORTS OTHER THAN J.F.K. INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT?

We are based out of New York and currently offer hand delivery at J.F.K International Airport only. However, we are looking to expand to other U.S. Airports soon.  

You have the option to ship your Sim Card to a hotel for FREE (You would have to get prior authorization from your hotel to accept packages for you; We cannot accept returns from orders shipped to your hotel).

If you are traveling to other airports we have partnerships with Taxi/Black Car companies at major international airports where the driver will meet & greet you at the terminal with your sim card fully activated and provide you with a ride to your hotel or any other destination you provide.  E-mail us at support@simconcierge.com with your Arrival Date, Arrival Airport & Destination to get a quote on a Car Service to your destination + Sim Card.   

 

WHY DOES SIM CONCIERGE OFFER ONLY T-MOBILE  NETWORK PRE-PAID PLANS?

ALL our listed plans are on the T-Mobile Network.  T-Mobile plans offer more Data for a better price.  The International Text is great for foreigners to keep in touch with loved ones and business associates back home. Only a few carriers provide International text and most of our plans offer FREE International tex messaging. Also T-Mobile is one of USA's top service providers!

We can offer a prepaid service based on AT&T Network if you would like as a custom order please email support@simconcierge.com for that.

 

HOW WILL I FIND SIM CONCIERGE AT THE AIRPORT?

We will collect all your flight details and one of our staff members will be waiting and holding a sign with your name at the arrival terminal lobby when you're exiting.  

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY U.S. NUMBER?

The day the sim card is activated, is when the phone number is issued.  For example, some clients request that their sim card is activated prior to their departure so that they are issued a number.  In that case their family and friends know what number to reach them at. Others have their sim card activated the date of arrival so it's ready to use as soon as they arrive. Please be advised that once your number is activated your plan starts that day and will be active for one month.

 

WHAT IF I AM VISITING FOR LONGER THAN A MONTH?

If you are visiting for more than a month you can add another month of service directly from T-Mobile CLICK HERE to recharge or for more info.  For cost of additional months are as follows:

  • $50 USD for 1GB 4G LTE Data Plan with Unlimited Talk & Int'l Text & Data.
  • $70 USD for 5GB 4G LTE Data Plan with Unlimited Talk & Int'l Text & Data.
  • $80 USD for Unlimited 4G LTE Data Plan with Unlimited Talk & Int'l Text & Data.

 

HOW LONG IS MY SIM CARD VALID?

T-MOBILE - If your sim card is inactive for 180 says it will expire.  You can recharge within 6 months and use your sim card so keep it safe in case you need it again.

 

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

At this time the only other services we provide are sim cards but our friendly staff will gladly help you with any requests you have, for example, pre-arranging a black car (taxi) from licensed and reputable livery companies so you don't have to wait in the long yellow cab lines.  We try to accomodate all our clients as much as we can - We go the extra mile to earn your business!
